This Education Sector project involved major civil works, temporary and permanent building works including value engineering of access solutions. Time and Budget were critical whilst maintaining a high-quality finish and delivery. All consultants and engineers were teamed to strategise and ensure the continuous flow of work, the team were meticulous in maintaining the project management plan that was put in place and continued to meet client’s expectations.
